The Violinist.
I've played violin for more than twenty-five years, with experience spanning orchestral, chamber, and collaborative performance.
While studying under Elena Kawazu, I currently perform with the Raleigh Civic Symphony and Raleigh Civic Chamber, and recently played with FAB (Fabulous and Black), an ad hoc ensemble that brought together musicians for a live performance and one-off collaboration.

The Vocalist.
A lot of what I love about singing happens in the moment — building around other vocalists and hearing where a song wants to go. Currently, I sing for Christ Central Worship Team in Downtown Durham as a high soprano and alto sub.
While I read music, I’m comfortable learning parts by ear, improvising vocal harmonies, and adapting quickly to what a song or ensemble needs.
